Sweetpea's Double Deuce Dare

Sweetpea is running a Double Deuce Dare swap. What this means is that you get a bag of 'goodies' which you have to turn into something delectable for your swap partner.

This is the cover. First of all I gessoed the entire slide mailer, to give more tooth.
I then took a little of a Stewart Gill paint on a baby wipe and dabbed it all over. I changed the colour and dabbed again, and finished off with a little opal. I used the same colours for the swirl. The keyhole and key I painted with Liquitex copper and then added just a touch of Stewart Gill paints (from the baby wipe already used). I hung these to a chain, which I attached with hot glue.

I printed the word on the computer. Everything but the word, chain and paints supplied by Ms. Sweetpea :)

The inside was coloured in the same way as the outer, changing the colours. The wing and the stars were painted with Stewart Gill paint and a little 'Fairy dust' added.

Love the colors, and how you did the grungeboard. This is so fun to see what great variety we're getting from the same supplies. Love how your Dare turned out.
Your "men" are gorgeous too!!!
