More Not the Stazon Technique

I have signed up for a swop using this technique so thought that I would have another play with it today. For the ATC above I used matt 229 gsm matt paper, and a Vivid Dynamic Rainbow
inkpad.

The two below I used cheapo glossy photo paper and a Vivid Impressionist Rainbow inkpad.

I had stamped some more images on matt paper, but I had a real struggle adding the inks, came out a proper mess, and the image was barely visible. After trying two of these I tore them up and as I did noticed that it wasn't the same paper I had used for the previous ones, so certainly with the Vivid inks a better quality of paper seems to be necessary. I had one stamped image left so thought I'd try it with Posh Inks. Not so good a result, though may work better with a different image.

Not the Stazon Technique

My first attempt at this technique. Think the purple on the bottom was a mistake, but quite like it. Are any of us entirely satisfied with what we produce I wonder?

Water Colours

I also do a bit painting with watercolours and this is one I used for my Christmas cards last year. I'm not very good, but I do enjoy it:)

Backgrounds

Backgrounds for a six-step ATC swap that I am taking part in.
These are off to another member, who will add something and then pass them on , when they reach the sixth person they are finished off and sent to each member, so we will all end up with 6 different ATC's worked on by 6 people.
This background is made of melted metallic pastels, some alcohol ink and a little opalites.

String Challenge

The challenge from a group I belong to was 'use string in anyway at all'. I had a ball of string, but no inspiration on how to use it, until my wonderful swap inchies arrived. This is now hanging on my workroom wall.
O.K I managed to change that
um, how did I do that? I don't want to sign my posts with Annie's Place??????

Getting Going

Well that bit was easy!
Now to get some stuff in here.
